At Aurora by Zara, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If our products don't meet your expectations, you can return it to us for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

To initiate a return, drop us an email on help@aurorabyzara.com. Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Once we receive your return and confirm that it meets our return policy criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 working days. If you requested an exchange, we will ship the new item to you as soon as possible.
